(1) : only the organization and the supervision of the services are included - these services can be offered by 40weeks.
(1) The fees are 7.5% for rentals via Airbnb type sites and 10% for direct rentals.
(2) : 40weeks does not collect the rent from the travelers, these are directly paid by the rental platforms to the owners of the properties.
(3) : the welcome basket is invoiced in supplement according to its composition defined in agreement with the owner.
(4): airport pick-up is included provided the traveler rents his vehicle from one of our partner agencies.

I already have an Airbnb account and an Abritel account, can I continue to use them?
Yes, of course, it's in your interest to keep your account if you already have many reviews with a rating of 4.9 or higher.
For Airbnb, you'll just need to add 40Weeks as a co-host to give us access to your account, and for Abritel we'll need your access codes.
I already have a provider for in and out, can I continue to work with them?
Yes, of course, if you are satisfied with your current provider for the reception and maintenance of your property in Saint-Martin, no reason to change.
On the other hand, we can exclusively take care of the reservation management to relieve you of this constraint and make you win more reservations thanks to our professional methods.
