"We have been entrepreneurs in the events sector for 20 years and we first came to Saint-Martin in 2007 to invest in several properties that we have successfully managed for seasonal rental with more than 40 weeks of rentals per year.
In 2020, we moved to St. Maarten permanently and started our own concierge company 40weeks to bring our experience to other seasonal renters in St. Maarten."
